Affordable Housing

Immanuel has a strong commitment to improving the lives of low-income seniors with programs and services that address their specific needs.
Two of our campuses include affordable housing for seniors facing financial obstacles. Immanuel Courtyard, on the Immanuel Village campus, and Trinity Courtyard, on the Trinity Village Campus, are open to seniors who meet Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.

Both Courtyards include:

• Private apartment homes
• Worship services
• Social events and celebrations

In addition, assisted living apartments are available at Immanuel Courtyard to support low-income seniors who may need assistance with personal care, health maintenance and other activities of daily living. Assisted Living at Immanuel Courtyard is open to seniors who meet Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Medicaid Waiver is also accepted.
