The Lighthouse has been developed with Alegent Health and is a state-of-the-art long-term care and short-term rehab community focused on person-centered care. Immanuel Communities also has access to Immanuel Fontenelle on the Alegent Immanuel Medical Center campus. Our team will assist you with making arrangements for long-term care.

Assisted living at Immanuel Communities offers living arrangements with warmth, privacy and the friendship of other residents – to help those who can no longer live completely independently and need support with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or dining.
You can choose an assisted-living residence from a variety of designs. We promote resident self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize independence and dignity in our residential living setting. Immanuel Communities has an impressive A- credit rating through Fitch Ratings, a global credit rating agency. There are only 12 organizations in the country rated higher than Immanuel Communities. - Does Immanuel Communities have entrance fees or monthly fees?
Immanuel Communities offers both types of financial arrangements. Trinity Village has a monthly-only service fee, while Immanuel Village, Lakeside Village, The Landing at Williamsburg Village and Pacific Springs Village offer a combination of monthly fee and refundable entrance fee options.
