The Landing blends perfectly into Williamsburg Village, an upscale neighborhood in the southern part of Lincoln. This community is a special place to enjoy an exceptional lifestyle and is home to the Immanuel Fine Arts Gallery. Since 2008, this on-campus art gallery has featured rotating exhibits, including original paintings, sculptures and fine art glass created by local, regional and national artists.
At The Landing, the grounds themselves are a work of art, with beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens and lakeside walking paths. Other independent living amenities include computer education classes, a warm-water swimming pool and heated underground parking.
Through assisted living and memory support, our residents enjoy being a part of a larger community. We believe in compassionate memory care where the Alzheimer’s or dementia treatment is personalized to the individual. If a loved one is living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, finding the right home for a family member is vital. A skilled nursing facility that specializes in dementia care or memory support care can help bring peace of mind to you and your family. We get to know each person and tailor a memory support program around their individual needs. And regardless of the extent of their condition, every resident with Alzheimer’s, memory loss or dementia will receive priority access to The Landing’s assisted living and memory support services. This is not your traditional way of approaching dementia or Alzheimer’s care but it is our way and we believe the best way to care for individuals is as individuals.
The Landing offers the full continuum of care through skilled nursing & long-term care to enable our residents to continue living on our campus with those they have become close to and where they feel the most comfortable. Tabitha at The Landing is a collaboration between Tabitha and The Landing and was created to de-institutionalize the “nursing home culture” from the inside out. With the belief that meaningful lives are ones with choices, our organizations set out to create a place where seniors could enjoy all the comforts of home—including the ability to direct their own care and lifestyle—and remain as independent as possible while doing so.
